Windsong Racing Yachts
Windsong Racing Yachts is a newly formed consortium, headed up by top International yachtsman, Geoff Meek. Based in Cape Town, South Africa, Windsong Yachts comprises of leading players in the yachting industry, namely Felix Unite, Robbie Dove, and Erwin Bouland.
The objective behind producing a yacht of this kind was to provide a light, super-fast, extremely easy to sail yacht, which will undoubtedly be a world-beater in its segment of the market.
By producing the Reichel-Pugh 37, Windsong Yachts will be putting South Africa on the world map as a premier yacht-building nation. South Africa offers a high quality of relatively inexpensive labour, some of the best sailing conditions in the world and numerous highly skilled boat builders, firmly placing the country high on the international yacht racing circuit.

The racing yacht was conceptualised by Geoff Meek, the skipper of South Africa’s America’s Cup Challenge Yacht, Shosholoza, which is taking the international sailing world by storm. Under his leadership, the partners involved in the Windsong Yachts consortium have all joined forces to produce a yacht that is one of the most technically advanced production boats ever built.
